Resellers should be prepared to respond to following queries from their customers -
- ConceptD 5 has 64 GB of memory while ConceptD 7 Ezel has only 32 GB - both notebooks have 2TB space. Why is this difference?
- Is 32GB enough for 2TB?
- Why do ConceptD 3 Pro models have an Intel Core i7 processor while D3 have 11th Gen processor? Which is better?
- Is 14-inch monitor in D 3 models sufficient for creative activity for which these models are being marketed?
- What is the weight of all these models? Can they be easily carried around?
- Do they come with pre-installed OS?
It would be be better for the resellers and the customers to find the responses to these queries.
