AMS Impex to tie up with China-based SES Kiosks

Mumbai-based AMS Impex has tied up with SES Kiosks, one of the leading kiosk
enclosure manufacturers in China. The kiosk enclosures will be introduced in the
market by October end.

According to Andy Daryanani, Proprietor of AMS Impex, the kiosks currently
available in the local market is somewhere in the range of Rs 25,000 to Rs
35,000. "Our products will be priced between Rs 15000-Rs 25000, and this price
difference will definitely gives us an edge in the market," said Daryanani.

The company is looking forward to push its products among solution providers
and system integrators across the country.

Initially, the company will showcase only three models and over a period of
six months, this will be increased to ten models.

"Our product caters mainly to the self-servicing industry, including telecom,
banking and medical instrumentation. However, what we have seen is that telecom
and banking has responded well to such technology interfaces. On the contrary,
medical instrumentation vertical has been little slow in embracing this
technology," explained Daryanani.

With better quality being offered at a reasonable price they are expecting
healthy volumes in first six months of sales. "We are expecting sales of at
least two to three thousand in first six months. Initially, we would like to
test the product with the current customer base and get their feedback, and
eventually, we would like to promote its across the country," said Daryanani.
