Autodesk appoints Alok Sharma as head, M&E Division, India and Saarc

 

Autodesk has appointed Alok Sharma as the head of its Media & Entertainment (M&E) business for India and Saarc. In this role, Alok will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's M&E business and adoption of its digital design entertainment creation tools across the region.

Commenting on the appointment, Pradeep Nair, MD, Autodesk, India and Saarc, said, "We are delighted to welcome Alok to lead the M&E team at Autodesk India. Sharma comes with 18 years of industry experience with IT organizations like Hewlett Packard-India, Tata Elxsi and Network Appliance. Prior to joining Autodesk, he was associated with Fujitsu India for 5 years leading two of the company's business units - Workplace Systems, Workstations & Thin Clients.
