When and how did you move to Cloud Business?

10decoders is a cloud engineering company with a lot of focus on building highly scalable and highly available systems on public and private clouds. 10decoders has been in the cloud business for the last 4 years. 10edcoders started to work on Cloud enablement services for Silicon Valley Companies and capitalized on delivering clean engineering solutions on Cloud.

What sort of changes have you done to move to the cloud within the organization in terms of Team, skill set, infrastructure, and others?

As an organization, once we wanted to enter the cloud, we migrated our engineer machines onto Ubuntu OS. Docker and using VMs is a vanilla skillset of all our engineers in the Organization. Our learning path for Cloud engineers focuses on the virtualization journey from creating docker containers, building cloud-agnostic infrastructure with Kubernetes, enabling centralized logging & monitoring and so on. Our engineers have helped clients across the globe to port their solutions on all the major Cloud Platforms including AWS, Azure and GCP.

How does Crayon Software help you to grow your business and customers?

Crayon Software is our strategic partner in the Cloud transformation journey. 10decoders works very closely with Crayon to advise clients on cloud implementations. Crayon Software is instrumental in guiding us on go-to-market strategies and highlighting focus areas that can result in direct business growth.

How are your old and new customers adopting the new technology and moving to the cloud?

New Customers with strict timelines are still opting for a Lift & Shift migration of workloads. However, once we built trust with customers and they started seeing the value in our engineering services, we are able to upgrade customers to modern cloud-native standards and adopt good engineering and infrastructure design principles.

How many customers do you have, who are taking Cloud solutions and what are their different verticals?

10decoders has more than 50+ customers primarily across the Healthcare and FinTech domain.

What are the different challenges did you face in this journey?

Awareness, Adoption & Scaling are critical to the success of our customers in their Cloud transformation journey. Understanding the business needs and bottlenecks of our customers help us to give them a better solution. Some of the key challenges that we face in this journey are:
