When and how did you move to Cloud Business?
We moved to Cloud in 2013 to private Cloud from On-Prim. Cloud was indeed an upcoming area and We always have ensured that we keep ourselves updated.
What are the different Cloud services do you offer?
Well, as I already said, We started with offering private cloud solutions in 2013 and Now we offer Public Cloud (Azure) with IAAS and PAAS offerings to our Clients Globally. We have been proudly delighting our customers with latest technologies.

What sort of changes have you done to move to the cloud within the organisation in terms of Team, skill set, infrastructure, and others?
Ans: We have done the changes in the Application, Database and overall Architecture. In fact, we start with IAAS offer with a single Database and Single Application server. Now we adopt Agile methods and DevOps Infrastructure for our products.

Crayon Software enables you to work in easier ways making it more productive in less time. Precisely, it helps in more Cloud Adoption, Cost Optimization and In Digital Transformation Journey.
How are your old and new customers adopting the new technology and moving to the cloud?
Technology is something that cannot be ignored in today's world. We do provide trainings and discussions for our clients on how important it adopt cloud and similar innovative technologies which would enhance their profits. Now we find it quite easy as they do follow the same and Adopt the changes.
How many customers do you have, who are taking Cloud solutions and what are their different verticals?
We are so happy to say that we have offered Cloud solutions to more than 1500+ In India and Abroad.
What are the different challenges did you face in this journey?
It varies with each client. To generalise, maybe the process of moving from IaaS to PaaS . Bring DevOps in-house.
What is your overall growth being a cloud partner?
The growth has been phenomenal. We are trying to host our Solution in Azure Market Place and Single Platform for BFSI Customers which proves that it has been a successful journey. We have been instrumental in aiding our customers in Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence.
What are your future goals?
We have got many futuristic goals, both short term and long term. Prominently we will build a Solution in IOT, AI & ML. To add on, we will ensure our customers are delighted.
