Black Box unveils its center of excellence in Bengaluru

Black Box Limited formerly known as AGC Networks Limited, an IT solutions provider, announced the inauguration of its new Center of Excellence located in Bengaluru, India. Black Box is one of Essar’s key investments in the technology and retail sector.

This cutting-edge facility marks a substantial leap forward, offering employees an extraordinary environment purpose-built to enhance collaboration and streamline business operations. Spanning an expansive 50,000 square feet, this facility stands as a testament to innovation. It features state-of-the-art Research and Development Laboratories, cutting-edge Command Centers, client-focused Offshore Delivery Centers tailored to meet specific needs, and dedicated discussion rooms – all meticulously designed to promote seamless teamwork and cooperation among teams and regions.

Black Box's latest facility expansion marks a pivotal moment, enabling the company to diversify its service offerings. It encompasses Program Management, Solutions Engineering, and Managed Services, while also serving as a Global Response Center. This strategic move broadens the spectrum of services available to its esteemed clientele, reaffirming Black Box's commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions and outstanding customer support.

This Center of Excellence in Bengaluru will enable employees to perform their functions more efficiently and support customer excellence. As part of its global expansion plans, the company will be creating 500 additional jobs in India, thus enhancing its services for the growing needs of the customers. The new center is expected to increase the margin of the company by around Rs 50 crore in the near term.
