“From many years, computer and computer peripheral traders/dealers are suffering fraud cases of cheque bouncing, delaying in payment etc. In the interest of the traders at large, ADCTA have decided to come up with this solution,” said Aggarwal. “FraudsAlert.com is a website dedicated to fight against such cases of frauds and to warn all its members’ constituents of any party, who have indulged in any such fraudulent activity, with any member constituent of ADCTA. To protect the interests of all constituent computer dealers against such fraudulent companies, we have decided to post and highlight the names of all such fraud parties/companies on this website, with the advisory to all computer dealers—not to deal with the companies/parties listed on this website,” informed Aggarwal.
ADCTA is regularly monitoring the database and taking all necessary action against such fraud companies led by opinion of their legal advisory board.
