So, how do you view the growth of EduTech in the hybrid work culture and how do you plan to harness this opportunity?

Hybrid is current and even the future. It is here to stay and not go away. Hybrid learning is now an integral part and IT services are more important for Edutech to be used professionally with professional help. Tools like Microsoft Teams is the future for all things in learning, not just classroom but collaboration and projects too. We have experience and expertise working with Edutech in US and Canada, which can surely benefit the Indian Edutech sector and we will be focused on delivering great value to this Edutech who are ready and mature to understand this opportunity for them too.

What are the unique features of Indian EduTech and how can the partners help it grow?

Partners, such as ourselves who have been working in this space for over a decade can share our expertise and help them achieve their unique requirements for going hybrid permanently. As mentioned previously, our expertise from working with Edutech in US and Canada along with Edutech in India will add a lot of value to the local Edutech ecosystem.

Microsoft has a specific focus on this segment of customers and has all the right resources that can enable the partners as well as the customers to empower them for new normal and beyond. With inbuilt AI in Teams to local platforms such as power platforms. Power apps and power platforms can be the game changers for Edutech, as they already have the right mindset and skills to get started as citizenship developers. And those can further, be professionally supported by partners like us.

What are the different opportunities for Partners in the Edu Tech sector?

Partners already have core skills so that many opportunities without rewinding the wheel or creating new offerings. However, they should look at this as investing, rebranding and packaging the solution offerings to meet the customer's needs with a clear focus. Like all other industry verticles, there is also required fully focused approach and team to work dedicatedly with the customers.
