India’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani, turns 60 today. Being a hugely successful businessman and a billionaire, there are a number of amazing things he owns.

1. A house that has 27 floors
Mukesh Ambani’s house -- Antilia -- spans over 4,00,000 square feet and has 27 floors. But the height of some of these floors is double than an average single- story floor, making Antilia as high as a 40-storey building. Reportedly, the house cost $1 billion (including land prices and other factors).
It’s located on on Altamount Road in Mumbai, which is among the most expensive residential locations in the world. The house is based on the theme of Atlantia and is named after a mystical land in the Atlantic ocean.
2.A multi-storey garage
Mukesh Ambani’ house has a garage that spans six floors and is capable of housing 168 cars. Antilia also includes three helipads.
3.A 50-seat movie theater
Reports have suggested that the eighth floor of Mukesh Ambani’s residence has a private movie theater, with a seating capacity of 50 people.
4.A ‘Snow Room’ to escape the scorching summer heat of Mumbai
Mukesh Ambani’s house Antilia has a special ‘Snow Room’, where one can get respite from the summer heat. The room has artificial snowflakes pumped into it all the time, whether it’s occupied or not.
5.A fleet of cars, including a BMW worth Rs 8.5 crore
The richest man in India does travels in a car that cost him Rs 8.5 crore. The car -- a BMW 760Li -- has a regular price of Rs 1.9 crore. Wondering what’s the reason for the additional cost? It’s because Ambani’s BMW 760Li is fully compliant with VR7 ballistic protection standards and has Kevlar plates inside the door panels.
The windows of the car, which are 65mm thick and weigh 150 kg each, are bulletproof. Furthermore, the car can withstand military-grade weapons, hand grenades and high-intensity TNT blasts of up to 17kg. Its fuel tank is made up of self-sealing Kevlar and thus cannot catch fire.
Besides the BMW 760Li, Ambani has a big collection of cars that includes a Maybach 62 and a Mercedes-Benz S Class.
6.The largest refinery in the world
Most likely, you would already know about the Jamnagar oil refinery owned by Reliance Industries Limited. But did you know that it is the largest refinery in the world? Commissioned in July 1999, the refinery reportedly had an installed capacity of 668,000 barrels per day at its launch. Its current capacity is about 1,240,000 barrels per day.
7.One of the largest telecom operators in India
Within a short span of its launch, Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Jio has become one of the largest telcos in India. Reliance Jio was launched in September 2016, with loads of free 4G data for all subscribers for the first few months. Jio’s subscriber base reportedly crossed 100 million in just 170 days.
