HP Enterprise Services announced an agreement with Microsoft to integrate Office 365 and HP service delivery into one comprehensive enterprise solution.
Under the agreement, HP Enterprise Services for Office 365 will combine the capabilities and benefits of the industry’s leading business productivity solution with the delivery expertise and hosting experience of HP Enterprise Services, including end-to-end service accountability and expanded datacenter locations to support the new style of IT. This solution creates enterprise class support for Office 365, co-located HP and Microsoft support staff for tightly integrated support processes and lower total cost of ownership.

HP Enterprise Services for Office 365 will benefit enterprise and public sector clients by providing more choice of the location of customer applications and data while boosting Office 365 performance with proactive applications management, service and disaster recovery reviews, enhanced data protection and access control, complete service auditing and integrated network and application infrastructure. In addition, HP and Microsoft will address incidents together, giving HP insight to prioritize issues for clients and to communicate via HP’s case exchange to client systems.
