HTC adds exciting models to appeal to the young

HTC, now an established player in the smartphone and tablet category, is trying to make it bigger with some aggressive launches. The company is wooing its customer base like never before. HTC is targeting customers in tier-1 and tier-2 cities. Also, the company is using all the platforms including digital and social media to expand its reach of the target audience.

HTC has established a broad channel network throughout India. It has 4 national distributors and 4 regional distributors and 5,000 retail outlets. To go with the current trend, HTC has also tied-up with Amazon, eBay and Snapdeal along with its strong presence in LFRs. HTC is re-inventing its strategy to customize it to the Indian customer. The companty has planned many new launches around Diwali when the spending spree in the Indian market is high.

In line with its strategy of innovation, the company recently launched two new variants-HTC Desire 616 dual-sim smartphone, an amazing phone for gaming and entertainment, and the HTC One (E8), a lightweight device, which is a vibrant twist on HTC's iconic flagship design, HTC One (E8). The latter is designed to attract the young fashion brigade introducing new materials and bold colors. HTC Desire 616 brings effortless HD video creation, consumption and superior graphic capabilities to the mid-segment market.

The HTC One (E8) will be available in India from end of July for Rs 34,990 .The new HTC Desire 616 dual sim will be available in dark gray and pearl white for Rs 16,900 in India starting this week.
