What is your ideal day: Get an hour of workout first thing in the morning, spend time with my wife before the kids wake up and then get to work and have a productive day, end my day by spending time with my family and reading a few pages of a book.

What inspires you? Being challenged to push the limit excites me – I love the feeling and the satisfaction I get after accomplishing my goal.
