What kind of IT services do you provide?

Arjun Ramaraju - Evolving from erstwhile a BPM service company to a digital IT solutions company, Conneqt Digital aims to focus on the Indian IT/ITES space, amidst large IT companies who cater to customers outside India. As Indian enterprises strive to compete with global peers, the need for digitisation looms large with the need to adopt emerging technologies. It also becomes crucial for companies to adopt technology in such a way that it compliments their overall business objectives, which is what we strive to do.

Among our digital practices are digital engineering, data analytics, artificial intelligence, SAP, digital automation, business platforms, cloud, infrastructure and security, as well as BPO. We work towards creating edge-cutting platforms that support our clients in achieving concrete results.

What's the geographical expanse of your clients across India in metro and non-metro cities?

Arjun Ramaraju - With 22 delivery centres across India, we service close to 94% of total pin codes in the country. Our clients are spread across India, APAC and North America.

What is the profile of your clients?

Arjun Ramaraju - Presently, we serve 200+ clients across India, APAC & North America and are slowly making our endeavour to enter the US market. Our goal is to strengthen this over the next three years, both in terms of people and solutions. We have established six important competency centres which are powered by our tech alliances. With respect to verticals, we have a very strong share of BFSI clients. The BFSI sector alone contributes about 45% of our core revenue, making it one of our key focus industries. We also service clients across verticals such as Retail & E-commerce, Insurance, Auto MFG, Telecom & Media.
