What is the adoption graph of Cloud-based CRM and HCM by the MSMEs in non-metro locations in the last 1 year through your organization? Can you compare this with some other markets where you work?

Nisith Naik - The adoption rate for CentraHub products is 100%, as both our CRM and HCM are based on the cloud and operate on a SaaS model. We have around 20% of our customers who still operate on a perpetual model, especially in the UAE and India. We are already in the process of migrating them to the cloud.

How cost-intensive are CRM and HCM for MSMEs?

Nisith Naik - CRM and HCM implementation costs vary widely between organisations and there is really no set amount. However, it usually starts with the pricing scheme our customer chooses. We get more clarity once we discuss with them and get their detailed requirements. Based on the information, we prepare a budget for initial cost, cost per user, customisation and so on, which also helps us keep the project on track and the budget in check.

Being transparent is our priority and we assure our clients that no hidden cost is involved. We always try to portray the true cost of CRM and HCM solutions before the implementation and stick to that unless the customers want to alter their requirements after the process begins.

What challenges do you face in this field? How do you resolve them?

Nisith Naik - MSMEs mostly need help with financial assistance, infrastructure and specialised skills. These are taken into account as we develop our CRM and HCM solutions.

Our products run on a SaaS model and are subscription-based, so our customers are well-rested with any huge investment. They can select from our flexible pricing schemes per their requirements and budget.

Since our CRM and HCM are based on the cloud, there are zero requirements for any advanced IT infrastructure. The systems could be accessed on any internet-connected device. This also resolves the challenge of having specialised skill sets. We take care of the technical issues of our customers, and they need not set up an in-house team to manage the CRM or HCM.
