The revenue growth percentage of Iris Global Services has been more than 100%.

How much of it came from your primary distribution segment?

90% came from our primary distribution. 10% came from 3rd party products.

Which geographical areas do you cater to?

Iris Global Services is a national distributor and we cater to all the regions of India.

How many metro and non-metro locations do you cater to?

Metro locations – Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad (6 Locations).

Non-metro locations – Chandigarh, Jaipur, Jammu, Lucknow, Dehradun, Bhopal, Indore, Srinagar, Ahmedabad, Goa, Nagpur, Pune, Patna, Raipur, Bhubaneshwar, Cochin, Vijaywada, Coimbatore.

How many partners have you helped in supplying these products in the non-metro locations?

We have a strong base of 10000+ registered partners and almost 40% of them actively engage with us to supply these products to non-metro locations. Besides this, we have built one of the finest supply chain management networks spread across the country backed by state-of-the art IT backbone to deliver at 19000+ pincodes across country.

What are the challenges you see in distributing your segment products? How do you resolve these challenges?

We are noticing the order sizes are becoming bigger and bigger. Earlier a large order was Rs 5 cr and above.  Now we have executed many orders greater than Rs 50 cr.  Giving credit is a challenge but we find opportunities in the challenges and are well known in structuring and executing large transaction, seamlessly.

Do you have an online profile? On how many platforms? 

Yes, we have online profile and we service end customer requirements through GeM and Amazon.

Do you export abroad? To which regions? What is your revenue percentage coming from foreign countries?

Yes, we have capabilities to export to countries like Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Srilanka, Maldives. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, we had suspended our exports sales for last 2 years, hence the contribution is negligible.
