Our primary distribution clocked 100% of our revenue.

Satcom Info Tech currently caters to India, other South Asian countries, EU, Africa and West Asia.

We are headquartered in a major metro such as Mumbai and in total we are present in 9 cities.
How many partners have you helped in supplying these products in non-metro locations?
As far as non-metro region, we have supplied to 50-75 partners.
What are the challenges you see in distributing your segment products? How do you resolve these challenges?
As we distribute only cyber security solutions, a lot of technical expertise is required, not only to understand the solutions we are offering, but also to keep up to date the constant changes happening with the technology as well as threats. Therefore, this is a challenge which we overcome by continuous training and certification for our personnel on the products distributed by us.
We also did a similar enablement for our partners so that they continue to remain updated about the solutions offered by us preparing them to face their end users in a better manner.

Yes. We are present on 2 platforms.
Do you export abroad? To which regions? What is your revenue percentage coming from foreign countries?
Yes, we engage in international billing in regions like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Singapore, West Asia and Africa. Our revenue from these regions adds to approximately 7% of our total revenue.
