The thermometer has a plastic, thick body with a screen to reflect temperature readings. There's laser technology used in the thermometer.

It is useful to hold in hand and read the temperatures of people visiting public places. Even at home, if a patient has tested positive with Corona infection, this thermometer can be used to read the temerature without touching the patient. The display is of LED type.

While reading temperature with this instrument, one should take care that the reading is accurate. Hence, it is recommended that 2-3 readings should be taken to ensure that an accurate reading comes. This is because these kinds of gadgets take time to stabilise and hence, they need time to give a correct reading.
