Microland partners with Serco AsPac to drive digital transformation

Microland Limited and Serco AsPac, a division of Serco Group, public services, have unveiled a strategic alliance aiming to drive digital transformation through cloud technology, enhancing business agility, and fortifying resilience. This strategic partnership extends the longstanding technology delivery relationship between Microland and Serco to over 18 years. These collaborative endeavors are in line with Serco's 2027 strategy, focused on accelerating innovation within business services to propel the next phase of growth and expansion.

As part of Serco AsPac’s 2027 strategy, Microland is helping them exit data centers and transition to the cloud transforming them into a cloud-adopted organization. Serco AsPac is leveraging Microsoft Azure for its cloud and data center transformation.

As part of the ongoing engagement with Serco AsPac, Microland will deliver end-user device management services, which include evergreen managed desktop services with deskside support, managed services around network and connectivity, security tooling, and governance, risk & compliance (GRC).

Microland is actively deploying sophisticated toolsets to assess and enhance the Digital Employee Experience (DEX), with a primary emphasis on understanding how employees engage with the technology integrated into their daily work routines. Additionally, there is a concerted effort towards automating infrastructure management tasks and introducing self-healing services to minimize manual intervention, thereby optimizing the utilization of existing infrastructure and device investments.
