Indian smartphone brand Micromax has launched another entry-level smartphone Bolt D303. Similar to Micromax Unite series, Bolt D303 also offers regional language support. The phone comes pre-installed with support for 10 regional languages including Bengali, Hindi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu.
The smartphone -- priced at Rs 3,499 -- offers the company's new messaging service, which allows users to translate and transliterate in the language of their choice with 'Swipe' feature. This means users can type, chat or change menu as per their preferred language.The all-new Micromax phone comes with an App bazaar in regional languages which enables users to download more than 10,000 applications in their regional languages.
The new Bolt series phone D303 runs on Android Kitkat 4.4. On camera front, it has 3.2MP rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3MP VGA camera. The dual-Sim smartphone's connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and A-GPS.
It has a 1,300mAh battery and comes pre-installed with several utility apps.
