Madhya Pradesh Computer and Telecom Association (MPCTA) recently organized central India’s Information Technology and mobile exhibition ‘FONOCOM’ 2015. The event was held from 20 February to 22 February, 2015.
Manish Goyel, president of MPCTA said that the association has been organizing the IT exhibition under its own brand name “FONOCOM” since 20 years. He said that year after year FONOCOM has grown beyond the dimension of IT exhibitions.
“FONOCOM aims to bring industry professionals on a common platform to showcase their products and new technology solutions, build brand awareness and network with India IT industry players to build strong relationships. The objective of this event is not only to make the society aware about benefits of IT, but provide them opportunities in this field with participation of big industry giant”, he said.
Jagdish Mantri, secretary of MPCTA said, “FONOCOM 2015 is the largest technology show in MP. It provides a unique platform to upcountry partners who come here to gain knowledge about latest technology trends in the industry.”
“This is the 20th edition and we expect footfall of nearly 1 lakh in the mega event”, he said.
Started in 1994, MPCTA is the apex body of computer traders of Indore. The objective of the MPCTA is to promote fair trade practices and to encourage a healthy environment among members. MPCTA aims to create synergy between other IT associations in MP.
Around 59 exhibitors including Epson, Zebronics, Asus, i-Phone etc have participated in the exhibition. The three day technology show was held at Open ground, opposite to Satya Sai School, Bombay Hospital Road, Indore.
