It has the maximum serving judges in India with 160 numbers. Some of the  most famous lawyers had practised at this High Court during the freedom struggle of India.

It is well known that during lockdown, almost all activities went online as there was a great need  for the people to stay indoors. This need persists today even after the opening up of workplaces. This is because the threat of Corona persists. Especially the court is hearing cases and delivering  judgments through video conferencing.  This lockdown has proved that smartphone cannot be a replacement for all digital activities and there has been a resurgence in the demand for laptops, which had seen a low tide for past couple of years.
