Plantronics appoints Rashi Peripherals as national disti

Mumbai: Plantronics has appointed Rashi Peripherals as national distributor for its range of consumer headsets, including mobile, computer and gaming.

Speaking about this new partnership, Bobby Joseph, Country Manager, Plantronics India, said, "The distribution strength of Rashi and its pan-India presence will help to ensure that our products are easily accessible to our customers. Together, we will be able to serve the various local consumer segments with outstanding products and service."

Plantronics and Rashi will appoint sub-distributors at the regional level in order to evaluate new markets and cater to existing market demand. Rashi will also work very closely with its Mobile, IT channel and large format retails (LFRs) to strengthen Plantronics' presence in India.

Highlighting the details of the partnership Rajesh Goenka, VP-Sales and Marketing, Rashi Peripherals said, "We at Rashi are very excited to have Plantronics in our portfolio, as these products have huge demand in the consumer market and also in the BPO segment. Rashi's widespread distribution will help us make Plantronics products easily available for India consumers."

Most recently, Plantronics introduced the Plantronics Voyager 855 stereo headset with a second ear bud Plantronics Discovery 925 with the VFrame design for improved performance and style. Further, both these products feature AudioIQ with two-way noise reduction technology that digitally enhances sound quality on both sides of the call

Plantronics' range of mobile Bluetooth (Plantronics Discovery, Plantronics Voyager, Plantronics Explorer series), computer (Audio series) and Gaming (Gamecom series) headsets are available with Rashi and its 53 branches all across India.
