Quick Heal Technologies appoints Nitin Kulkarni as Chief Financial Officer

Quick Heal Technologies Limited (“Quick Heal”) appointed Nitin Kulkarni for the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Kulkarni’s appointment has been approved by Board of Directors at its meeting held today.

Kulkarni is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in managing different aspects of the finance function in Information Technology and Manufacturing industry.

In his new role, he will oversee all the financial aspects of the Company including financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, Mergers & Acquisitions as well as be managing Transactional Processing Systems, Legal, Tax and Investor Relations functions.

His past assignments include Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Treasury, International and Domestic Taxation, Shared Services, Corporate Restructuring, M&A, Compliance etc at various listed Corporate entities like Tech Mahindra, KPIT and Persistent Systems.
