Raisar Plaza Computer Market Election - Sugreev Singh won 4th Time

Raisar Plaza in Jaipur, Rajasthan, one of the biggest computer markets has recently concluded its election in January 2024. Elections are held every two years. More than 750 shops and offices operate in this renowned computer market, which is situated in the heart of Jaipur. It serves as a hub for computer enthusiasts, professionals, and businesses. On January 10, 2024, election results revealed Sugreev Singh Ranawat as the unequivocal victor, securing his fourth consecutive term as president. The electoral process saw a total of 693 votes cast, with Ranawat clinching 382 votes, while the opposing candidate garnered 292 votes. Ranawat's resounding victory underscores continued confidence in his leadership, as reflected in the substantial support he received from the electorate. The announcement solidifies his mandate for steering the course ahead, emphasizing his enduring popularity and the trust vested in his capabilities to guide and lead.

In the secretary race, Sanjay Sharma secured victory with 427 votes out of the 693 cast, surpassing the opposition's 238 votes, while 28 votes faced cancellation. The overwhelming support underscores Sharma's popularity and trust among voters. Moving to the treasurer position, Chetan Purohit emerged as the uncontested candidate, leading to his unanimous appointment. With a singular nomination, Purohit's selection as treasurer was unchallenged, highlighting the association's unified endorsement of his candidacy. Raisar Plaza Management Society was established in the year 1994 and this year it has completed its 30 years as well. Sugreev Singh Ranawat will lead the association as president for another two years and work for the well-being of the members.
