In a rapid-fire interview with DQ channels, Abhishek Gupta Associate Director of Park Network Pvt. Ltd., shared his personal and professional vitae. 

My home is in: I'm born and brought up in Delhi.

School/college: I did my schooling at Apeejay School, Noida, and DPS, R.K Puram. I completed my B.Tech from BITS, Pilani.

Company: Park Network Pvt. Ltd.

My family: My parents Mr. Ajaya Kumar M.D of Park Network, my mother Vinita Gupta, who is the CFO at Park Network, My elder brother Ankur Gupta, his wife and young son, then there is me and then my wife Megha Sachdev.

I would like to be reborn as: As the same person and in the same family.

The most memorable event of my life: When I took admission to DPS R.K in 11th Standard, and when I joined BITS, Pilani for my engineering. These two moments changed my life and helped me to build my future.

With my first pay cheque: With my first pay cheque, I bought gifts for my Nana ji and Nani ji, My dada ji and dadi ji passed away at that time, so I made a donation in their name. Also, I bought gifts for my parents and my brother.

Idol in life: My father Mr. Ajay Kumar.

Can't live without: My Wife

Favorite Gadget: My gaming computer.

Favorite book: Who will cry when you die by Robin Sharma

Work-out regime: 30 mins of running in the morning and yoga in the evening.

Hobby: Reading, I'm a big fan of reading.

Favorite holiday destination: Maldives.

Favorite food: Street Food

I can't stand: Road rage, when people fight on the roads for very small things. It bothers me a lot.

The best compliment I’ve ever received: Someone told me that I'm looking thin.

The car I drive: BMW X1

Motto in life: I want to be good with my family, I want to be a good husband and father, and I want to do good for society. There are too many, I just can't choose one.

Advice to budding entrepreneurs: A lot of entrepreneurs do first and think later. They should not only think about the money, with their ventures, they can bring great social change in society. It should be their driving force rather than simply earning money. Entrepreneurs should build their organization keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Like to watch on Television: I like to binge-watch on Netflix. Whether documentaries, comedies, or rom-coms, I enjoy them all.

The cause I care for: Education for the underprivileged.

One thing I would like to change in myself: I tend to think more and act less. I would like to balance that better.

5 years down the line I would be: Professionally, I hope to be doing very well, leaps and bounds ahead of where we are today. Personally, I would like to be in a happy family, with my children and provide them good opportunities.

If not in the IT industry, I would be: I would prefer to be in the technology space. Because it is the growth engine for the last 20 years, it is going to be stronger in the next 10-15 years. There are a lot of exciting things happening in the technology space. It connects people and helps them in many ways. I have always been passionate about technology, I have done my B.tech in Computer Science because of my keen interest.
