Ricoh India kick starts the Pan India “Sammelan- Ricoh Partner Connect Programs”. The idea behind the sammelan is Ricoh’s mega expansion through IT Dealer/Reseller channel with SP111 series jam free laser printer equipped with genuine refill program.
Ricoh started the Sammelan from Delhi, at Hotel Holiday Inn, Mayur Vihar, Delhi. It plans to continue this partner connect program across top 50 cities across India. The meet was attended by prominent partners of the East Delhi region. The Sammelan began with an introduction to Ricoh, its global presence, products and solutions. The meet further went on to emphasize Ricoh’s commitment to the Indian channel fraternity and customers in providing robust and workaholic products that it offers for their printing and imaging solutions.
This was followed by synergies that partners and Ricoh can achieve by partnering together, the rich benefits that partner can gain through margin earned by selling Ricoh products. Also maintaining relationships through their technical and support programme for partners and users, the promotion support given by Ricoh through multiple channels–traditional and non traditional mediums of support.
This was followed by unveiling the new SP 111 Jam free series range of printers to the partners. These new SP 111 series of Jam free series range are set to take the printing solutions offering in Indian market to new dimensions. The SME/SMB segment is set to benefit from this Jam Free product with competitive price and low cost of operation, as low as 30% versus competitive models in this category.
SP 111 series of Jam Free Printers have print speed of 16 pages per minute, with the duty cycle of 10,000 pages per month. These A4 multifunction printer range has attractive features such as 36 Bit colour scanning and ID copy with legal paper support. SP 111 series is also available in USB models as well.
