Salesforce has unveiled the Salesforce India Return to Work Program in India, designed to assist women who have taken a break from their careers. The program offers an opportunity for eligible participants to kick-start their professional journey by working, learning, and being mentored as members of the Salesforce team in India. It is a six-month program that aims to provide a platform for women to resume their careers.
Roles include Technology, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success, across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi. Salesforce will support these highly-qualified candidates' transition back into the workforce with both classroom and on-the-job training with a competitive salary and benefits. Moreover, Each candidate is paired with a mentor to help guide and navigate their career successfully.
Since its launch in February 2022, over 70 women have been supported by the program. It has assisted them in navigating their careers, re-entering the workforce, and finding careers in the field of technology. So far, 75% of participants have secured full-time jobs. In July, the Salesforce India Return to Work program will begin a new cohort, with close to 50 women taking up roles in customer success, sales, and marketing.
These roles will be based in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Given India's rapidly growing economy, empowering women in the workforce is vital for the country's development. Programs such as Return to Work play a crucial role in promoting gender equality and supporting the economy.

Women who have been on a break for a minimum of one year, with a minimum of five years of experience, and a Graduate/Post Graduate degree or equivalent technical qualification are eligible to apply. At the end of the program, participants are given the opportunity to apply for open roles at Salesforce.
