SanDisk appoints Manisha Sood as Country Manager

NEW DELHI

Manisha Sood has been appointed Country Manager of India and SAARC for
SanDisk Corporation. She will be based in New Delhi. Manisha will be responsible
for promoting the full range of SanDisk products in India and sub-continent
market place. She will be working with local distributors to grow SanDisk's
visibility and sales of SanDisk's leading broad range of flash memory cards,
Cruzer line of USB storage devices, Sansa digital audio players (MP3), gaming
storage cards and mobile phone memory cards.

Manisha has 18 years of experience in business development, channel
management, marketing and sales. Prior to joining SanDisk, Manisha worked for
Kodak India as general manager, digital capture and home printing, for 10 years.
She was responsible for developing the retail business in photo, IT, consumer
and telecom channels for Kodak. Prior to Kodak, she worked for Modi Olivetti as
business manager of banking products.

Manisha holds a B.Sc degree in chemistry from Bombay University and a Diploma
in Computer Science from IITC in Mumbai. She reports directly to SanDisk Asia
Pacific Managing Director, Gavin Wu.
