Seclore successfully bagged two awards at Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2017, i.e. ‘Award for Talent Management’ and the sole winner of ‘Organisation with Innovative HR Practices’. Strengthening its position further, Seclore was also felicitated at the Times Ascent’s Dream Companies to Work For and bagged the award under the IT & Software sector.
Commenting on the trail of achievements, Amit Sharma, Vice President of People Practices, Seclore said, “Despite the churn rate being one of the biggest challenges in the IT and Software industry, we’ve been able to remain largely unaffected by the prevailing scenario and keep our rate of attrition down to a single digit. A large part of this triumph goes to the continuous innovation and diligence of our HR team, combined with Seclore’s closely knit organisational structure. This not only enables us to keep the attrition down to the bare minimum, but also ensures higher productivity and more proactive collaboration, along with a highly energetic and positive work environment.”
With these awards, Seclore’s streak of recognition has hit a purple patch, with the innovation-driven platform also winning the ‘Information Rights Management of the Year’ award by Frost & Sullivan this year. Seclore has also been previously recognised by leading global agencies including Gartner, Deloitte, Frost & Sullivan, and TiE.
