Vijay Sharma, owner of MV Infotech Systems of Gurgaon describes patience, hard work and passion as key mantras of his success.

MV Infotech Systems is engaged in specializing systems integration in designing and implementing networks that includes software computer solutions, specialized software packages, enterprise computer solutions, commercial computer software packages.

Initial Days

Vijay completed his B.Sc from a non-medical institute. “Though everyone was advising me to pursue for some IAS coaching or something like that after my B.Sc but my inner conscience has decided something else for me,” he added.

At certain point of time, Sharma thought of studying IAS. But after completing his B.Sc, Vijay decided to do some professional course and work in a private firm. So, he pursued MBA from SRM IMT, Ghaziabad.

Sharma comes from a middle class family with well educated and settled family members with no business back ground. Someone said to him that it is high time that you should understand your responsibilities. “My family needed me, so I joined IT Company in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon which use to sell HP, Lenovo and renowned brands,” Sharma described.

Start-up

He worked in IT Company for 5 to 6 months at a basic salary and was focused to learn. In his small stint for the company, Vijay did sales, marketing and market research. His punctuality, discipline with his clients helped him gain confidence which in turn changed the whole scenario of Sharma’s life.

“You start your work and I’ll give you business, said one of my clients. This was something which ignited spark in me to catch the flight of business line,” said Sharma. Further to this he added, “Though idea was good but was not easy for a person from a non-business background. But positive things drove my instincts and I started my company Infotech solutions.”

During the starting phases, Sharma faced challenges due to no business background and financial crunches. Sharma’s brother and family supported him financially in starting his own venture.

Initially, Sharma’s friend joined him as an engineer who after certain point of time, started taking his business for granted. Recalling an incident he explained, “One day my client called me up as he was facing networking issue which was not my cup of tea and I approached my engineer friend to tackle the issue of client which he just ignored. This was again a turning point for, I myself studied the networking issues and problems and soon after that visited my client and solved his issue.”

I started doing things without depending on anyone. Today, Sharma is working with good number of employees, gaining good number of turnovers and customers. Every entrepreneur starts out with big dreams and excitement. As an entrepreneur, you control your own destiny, and with right ideas, the right skill set and unflinching dedication, you can build wealth or establish an enterprise to serve as your legacy.

“Stays determined, be patient as results never come overnight, work ethically for long term success and keep learning” briefed Vijay Sharma. Your optimistic attitude can make things work in smooth manner. “My success mantra is to manage your time with positive outlook to make work effective and good,” said Sharma.

Company

Vijay Sharma started his company in 2003 and now MV Infotech solutions has proved itself by providing timely solutions by which they managed to cater faith and trust of number of customers. MV Infotech Solutions deals in enterprise solutions, IT management like disaster recovery management, network infrastructure, automation, after services and IT consulting too.

“Our mission is to provide customers in industry and government with solutions designed to meet their specific challenges and enable them to profit them from the advanced use of technology. We understand to build long term relationship based on trust” Sharma adds.

Employees are backbone or pillars of any organization how to retain them in positive manner is important for an organization. He has defined his way of working with his employees. Sharma mentions, “My employees are my colleagues, we get-together and discuss things sitting on a single table, conduct yearly trip and most important I gave them space to put their ideas in constructing business. Sometimes freedom leads to mistakes but mistakes makes them learn and improve timely.”

Sharma’s Policy

It has been often heard that learning has no age, no bar and no time. Very true Sharma’s policy is to learn continuously from wherever he can. And being a travel freak person, Sharma tries to gather and learn techno changes happening around the world.
