By integrating the airlines’ channels with Concur TripLink , the companies’ mutual customers can improve both policy compliance and duty of care efforts – in particular through the ability to apply policy when employees book directly on ba.com, Iberia.com or send their British Airways or Iberia itineraries to TripIt.

“Duty of care responsibilities are greater than ever for companies today. Knowing where employees are and having the ability to reach them is a key priority for many businesses,” Mike Eberhard, president for Concur, says: “By integrating Concur TripLink with UKs and Spain’s leading global premium airlines, we are now able to solve a massive duty of care challenge for our customers on a global scale.”

TripLink is the first solution of its kind to extend the benefits of a managed travel programme to direct supplier bookings. This allows businesses to:

By integrating with TripLink we are offering this capability to a wide range of companies, regardless of how they book.

Marco Sansavini, Chief Commercial Officer, at Iberia, said: “By partnering with Concur, we’re helping bring Iberia’s bookings into view. Now corporate customers can properly reach their travellers, better control costs and – most importantly – fulfil their duty of care to employees.”
