Unicommerce launched India’s first virtual e-commerce Summit on 30th May 2020 known as ‘SARAL’. The first edition of SARAL, was held on May 30th 2020, where industry stakeholders came together to ideate and share best practices to simplify e-commerce selling.
SARAL which is derived from its meaning simplify has been formed in line with Unicommerce’s commitment and mission towards simplifying e-commerce selling with the power of technology.
A day-long virtual summit was attended by over 1700 retailers, e-tailers, and professionals from various domains of the e-commerce ecosystem.
The summit had sessions specially curated to cover all aspects of e-commerce selling aimed at providing a good mix of strategic and tactical discussions for both enterprises and SMEs.
The event witnessed participation from over 25+ industry leaders from companies like Shopify, RazorPay, PaU, Payoneer, Logic, Ginesys, Tally, Shiprocket, etc.
The industry leaders showcased their individual expertise and business models and shared strategies and toolkits to empower businesses with various solutions for e-commerce selling.
Some of the key topics of discussion at the summit included: Building a D2C brand, consumers embracing e-commerce in the post-COVID-19 era; future automation trends; importance of building omnichannel operations; optimizing e-commerce presence and building profitable e-commerce operations.
