Amazon Web Services (AWS) has been selected by Yellow.ai as its primary cloud provider to empower its generative AI-driven voicebot and chatbot solutions. These AI agents engage in goal-driven conversations, understanding customer needs and offering personalized responses to enhance the overall customer experience. Yellow.ai's dynamic AI agents, utilizing large language models (LLMs), provide 24/7 support services across more than 35 text and voice-based channels in over 135 languages. To facilitate global expansion, Yellow.ai has made its solution accessible on AWS Marketplace, a digital platform hosting a vast array of software listings for easy discovery, testing, purchasing, and deployment of software running on AWS.
Since migrating to AWS in May, Yellow.ai has achieved significant operational efficiency, with a 20% reduction in costs, a 15% boost in performance, and a 10% cut in infrastructure expenses. These savings have enabled the company to redirect resources toward innovation and further research and development in AI. The recent launch of YellowG, a generative AI-powered platform, leverages a combination of centralized global and proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) through Amazon SageMaker—a fully managed service for building, training, and deploying machine learning models. Yellow.ai utilizes LLMs to respond to customer queries, drawing from a knowledge repository comprising websites, documents, and related data. With a hallucination rate close to zero, Yellow.ai's dynamic AI agents can autonomously handle up to 90% of customer queries, showcasing realistic empathy while minimizing inaccuracies. The implementation has not only enhanced e-commerce customer interactions, increasing journey completion rates by 50%, but has also elevated customer satisfaction scores by 40%.
Yellow.ai utilizes Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed foundation model (FM) service providing access to top-tier FMs. This empowers Yellow.ai to swiftly prototype, iterate, and scale generative AI applications. The objective is to leverage generative AI for goal-oriented conversations and to elevate customer support. Dynamic AI agents, powered by Amazon Bedrock, efficiently interact with customers, managing leads, addressing queries, providing personalized discounts, and sharing special offers, among other advantages.
Leveraging AWS's robust global infrastructure, Yellow.ai utilizes AWS Regions to provide high availability and low latency services to users in over 85 countries worldwide. With a customer base exceeding 1000 in Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and the U.S., Yellow.ai facilitates companies in delivering efficient customer support at scale. Joining the AWS Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate in August 2023, Yellow.ai gains co-selling support and benefits, engaging with AWS sellers globally who serve millions of active AWS customers. This year, as an AWS Technology Partner, Yellow.ai significantly broadened its business presence and co-selling initiatives across Asia-Pacific, India, and North America, securing new customers in key industries such as retail, financial services, and utilities.
“We’re on a remarkable growth journey, with an impressive 80% increase in our annual recurring revenue globally. To support our continued global expansion, we needed world-class infrastructure, and AWS has provided us with the scalability, availability, and business support needed to provide the best service to our customers and their users,” said Rashid Khan, chief product officer, and co-founder at Yellow.ai. “In the customer service industry, swift, engaging, and personalized interactions are key to successful outcomes. With our migration to AWS, we can leverage price-performant generative AI solutions to make our dynamic AI agents even smarter and more intuitive to enhance the customer experience.”
“Generative AI is transforming the customer service industry, making interactions more engaging and seamless,” said Kumara Raghavan, head of Startups at AWS India and South Asia. “Yellow.ai is transforming its business with the latest cloud technologies to build dynamic AI agents to improve the customer care experience. We look forward to helping Yellow.ai make generative AI–driven conversational applications more accessible to customers around the world through AWS Partner programs, including the AWS Marketplace.”
