When it comes to business world, women are the one who are leading it to the new horizons. Anju Chaudhary is also adding her experience to take ahead Cloud business in C-Zentrix. She works as Vice President, Sales, Cloud at C-Zentrix.

She is supermom at home and superwoman at work. A woman’s biggest achievement is to balance all the things happening around her. According to her, “The biggest achievement is to be able to work being a mom. I do not think so being a man would have changed anything. In fact as a woman and a mom now, I know the value of time. I am super productive because I know I cannot afford to waste any time.”

It is challenging world

Anju is always been a hard worker and do not believe in glass ceiling, “the companies that I have worked for have always encouraged women to lead from the front, be it GE Capital, Standard Chartered, Dell or C-Zentrix, you will see a lot of women leaders.”

Elaborating about her responsibilities and work, Anju said, “Our cloud communication platform is a new entity in C-Zentrix, and being a business leader my responsibility increases multiple folds to set the right foundation. I am pretty hopeful that my experience in marketing, sales and research will add lot of value to our business. The beauty of working in any business from scratch is that you learn new things every day and this also gives you an opportunity to set your own rules, be it culture, policy or business path.”

When it comes to work, strategically, she loves to plan, “Planning is the most important thing in any business, we all know that we are working towards a mission of being the world’s best communication platform.”

I love ‘IT’

Being Bachelor in Technology, Information Technology has always been very close to my heart. Times are changing, more and more women are entering into IT field now, at entry level I would not be surprised even if it’s 50:50 ratio (50 men:50 women).

Be responsible and stay focused as we are accountable for every word, thought and action we take.

Family background

I come from defence background, my dad is an ex air force officer and my mom is a home-maker.

Time management is the key and nothing beats hard work if done smartly.

Fitness mantra: Walking is the best exercise; I plan to do so for about 30 minutes daily.

De-stressing mantra: Playing with my 7 month old son.

Favourite shopping destination: Being a shopaholic makes me shop almost everywhere and off late online shopping is my favourite.

Favourite holiday destination: I love beaches, be it Goa, Maldives, Langkawi, Mauritius. Bahamas is in the pipeline. I love them all.

5 things I cannot live without: Internet, phone, family, moisturizer, wallet.

Wake up at: 5:30am

Morning activities: Some basic exercises, playing with my little one.

Leaving office at: 6:30am-7:00am

1st half in office: Planning your day ahead is very important; hence that is the first agenda. Spending time with the team and catching up on emails.

Post lunch: This being a new business requires lot of strategy and planning, spending time with various stakeholders to understand how we can build a strong and stable business.

How I spend my evenings? I am hardly left with much time by the time I reach home. I like to spend majority of time with my little one once I reach home.
